Reservation Process To make a reservation or request a quote for packages, it is necessary to fill out the form displayed on the website or send an E-Mail with your request. Our team of travel experts will contact you within 24 hours with a response to your request. In the case of customized packages, our experts may request more information to understand your travel expectations, interests, and preferences. Based on these details, a personalized itinerary will be created, including all attractions, experiences, and accommodations that match your objectives.
Reservation Confirmation After making the reservation, you will receive a purchase confirmation by E-Mail. Please bring a copy of this confirmation (in digital or printed format) for the trip. The confirmation includes details such as contact numbers of the operating agency and other important information.
Reservation Policy To confirm your reservation, a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total cost of the trip is required. For reservations during festive periods such as Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter, the deposit is 50%. The remaining balance can be paid up to 7 days before your arrival or in cash upon arrival in Oman. Travelers can also choose to pay the total amount of the trip in up to 12 installments.
Credit Card Payments We accept credit card payments in US dollars, euros, or British pounds.
Cancellation Fees (Except High Season Periods) In case of trip cancellation, the following fees will be applied:
From the date of booking up to 61 days before the arrival date, 15% of the total package amount will be charged.
35% of the package amount will be charged if the cancellation is made 60 to 31 days before arrival.
50% of the package amount will be charged if the cancellation is made 30 to 15 days before arrival.
100% of the package amount will be charged if the cancellation is made 14 to 1 day before arrival. Please note that airlines charge fees that are subject to their terms and conditions. There is an additional bank fee of 5% for refunds.

Prices The prices of our products and services are quoted and displayed on the website in US dollars. The prices listed are valid until February 28, 2025 (except for Christmas and New Year’s).
Refunds If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we will refund any advance payment using the original payment method. However, if you are unable to attend the confirmed reservation, we will not be able to process refunds. Please note that a 5% bank fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Force Majeure Circumstances Salalah Safari Tours has a flexible cancellation policy in the event of a DO NOT TRAVEL advisory issued by the government or airline for Oman. In such a situation, we will refund the amount paid for the tour package or, in some cases, issue a travel credit or voucher that can be used later. This credit can be applied to new travel services booked, and the reservations will be automatically adjusted to reflect these credits. However, it is important to note that flight cancellation/change fees may apply, according to the airline’s terms and conditions, as well as bank fees on the deposit amount paid. Salalah Safari Tours prioritizes your well-being and safety above all, and for this reason, we have adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values.
Accommodation The mentioned prices are calculated based on two people sharing a double room. Single rooms are available for an additional fee. We work with two categories of accommodation (Comfort and Superior), and each itinerary mentions the selected hotels for the route. We reserve the right to change the mentioned hotels, if necessary, to others of the same category. The advertised prices include taxes and other expenses at the time of package publication and are subject to change without notice.
Tours We reserve the right to change the order of tours without affecting the itinerary.
Flights Domestic Flights: We provide approximate quotes for flights, but it is important to note that requests for flights with specific times or changes to already booked reservations may result in variations in the total package amount.
International Flights: We have excellent rates for flights to Oman from your country of origin.
Offers Promotional trips or special discounts, when available, will be indicated on the website. Special terms and conditions may apply to promotional travel packages. Check the information attached to the promotional trip before making a reservation.
Liability Salalah Safari Tours is not responsible for adverse situations such as weather problems, conflicts, or changes caused by hotels or airlines. We do not take responsibility for additional costs arising from these circumstances.
Special Requests If you have any special requests, such as tours, special meals, events, or anything else, please inform your travel agent at the time of booking. We and our suppliers will do our best to meet these requests, but it is important to note that they are not included in the standard contract, so we cannot guarantee their fulfillment. We will do our best to consider your special requests; however, the final confirmation depends on our suppliers.
Booking Packages with Children Sharing Room with Parents: For Travel Packages and Accommodation:
Up to 2 years: Pay only domestic flight fees.
From 2.99 to 5.99 years: Pay 15% of the total adult rate.
From 6 to 11.99 years: Pay 75% of the total adult rate.
All children over 12 years are considered adults. If you are traveling with children and your tours include domestic flights, please note that an extra fee will be applied for each child. It is important to note that this policy applies only to one child sharing the parents’ room. In a triple room, with 1 adult and 2 children, one child receives a discount but the other pays as an adult. Therefore, be sure to inform the number of children when making your reservation so that we can provide all the necessary information about additional costs.
For Tours and Land Excursions:
Children under 6 years: Free
Children under 12 years: 50% of the total adult rate.
All children over 12 years are considered adults. If your tours include domestic flights or ferries, an extra fee will be applied for each child.
Image Use Terms We appreciate you being part of our traveler community and sharing your experiences in Oman to inspire other adventurers. We will use images and videos authored by you on our website and social media.
Tips Tipping is a way to show appreciation for the services provided by the staff. The decision to tip is entirely yours, and please remember that it is not mandatory.

General Terms Minors under 18 years old are prohibited from registering as users of this site and are not allowed to conduct transactions. If you make a payment for our products or services on our site, your data and recorded information are directly sent to our payment provider through a secure connection. The cardholder should retain a copy of the transaction records and the terms and conditions. We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD. Salalah Safari Tours DOES NOT trade or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries. Multiple transactions/reservations may result in multiple postings on the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Acceptance of Contract By confirming your reservation with Salalah Safari Tours and making the agreed payment, a contract is established between you, our client, and our company. By making the payment, either by bank transfer or credit card, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of Salalah Safari Tours.
